The Audi S5 is a sports version of the A5, (A5 information), has a 354 hp engine. It costs € 63,160 with six-speed manual transmission and € 65,850 with automatic "Tiptronic" (six walks). Later, a more powerful version, called the RS5.
The S5 measured 4.64 m long, 1.85 m wide and 1.37 m in height (the image). Has a size intermediate between the A4 and A6 saloons. Cupés of four seats, the closest is the Mercedes-Benz CLK and BMW 3 Series Coupé.
The S5 has a gasoline engine, air, with FSI direct-injection eight-cylinder V 90 °, and 4.2 liters of displacement. Have admission and distribution variables. Reaches a maximum power of 354 hp at 7000 rpm and maximum torque of 440 Nm at 3,500 rpm.
This engine gives the S5 more power than in the A6 or A8 (both 350 hp) and less than the RS4 and the R8 (420 hp).
The S5 has a top speed limited to 250 km / h. Interestingly, the variant of S5 with automatic consumption is much lower than the manual (10.1 instead of 12.1 l/100 km) and a slightly worse because of acceleration (comparative form of both versions).
Among the items of equipment that has serial are six airbags, stability control (ESP), air conditioning, dual-xenon headlights (daylight the project a strip diodes which are integrated into the lighthouse, picture, not separated as in Audi S6), sports front seats with electric adjustment, electric parking brake, sport suspension and alloy wheels 18 ". Optionally you can have ventilated seats, a feature that is unavailable elsewhere in the A5 range.

The impression it gave me the S5 is not much different from the one sent to me A5. If the A5 is a car available for use every day for your convenience and practicality, the S5 also is.
The suspension of the S5 is not too hard and the engine noise is noticeable and severe, but their sound is not very loud inside. I has become clear that in conducting the S5 is a relatively docile and easy car to drive for power, a sport designed for very twisted road.
