BMW X3

The BMW X3 is an all-terrain light of almost 4.6 m in length. As with the X5, notes on other models of its features for its dynamic qualities on the road. Previous model

We tested the version with 177 hp diesel engine. No other SUV of similar size and power to spend less. What we did not like the X3 is the hardness of the optional sport suspension that was our unity. It is not recommended because it makes the X3 an uncomfortable car.

The carrier and the trunk has a capacity commensurate with the external dimensions of the car. Compared with other similar models in the X3 are missing elements that give greater functionality to the carrier, as a rear seat that can slide on a rail. Car is a quality feel that conveys strength, but has coatings of materials that are not showy.

The X3 is an expensive model, prices (model 2008) range from € 40,300 to € 57,800 (all prices), although there is no other road for its size that offers a range of engines as powerful (in petrol and diesel to 272 hp to 286 hp). The Land Rover Freelander 2 is very close to price, but the more powerful petrol version has only 233 hp and 160 hp Diesel. The Mazda CX-7 has a supercharged gasoline engine of 260 hp and is much cheaper, but now can not have any other engine.

The Volkswagen Tigua is a model very similar to the X3 and it costs considerably less, although their range of engines is also less powerful than the X3. Another alternative to this model of BMW is the new Volvo XC60.

The engine range is made up of three petrol and three Turbo. The gasoline are: a 2.0 liter displacement and 150 hp (called 2.0i), another 2.5-liter 218 hp (2.5si) and a third of which 3.0 l 272 hp (3.0si) . The latter is a variant (of three that are currently for sale) Engine 3.0-liter gasoline engine capacity with other models of BMW, 130I as 265 hp or 258 hp 330i.

The full range X3 has a total drive system automatically called "xDrive" (more information in the technical section). In total there are twelve colors for the body, six for the five types of upholstery and decorative surfaces of the carrier.

In September 2006, the X3 was the first changes since it appeared in 2003.
