It is a completely new model that will replace the Hyundai Getz. It measures 3940 mm in length, making it similar to a Renault Clio, a Peugeot 207 or a Seat Ibiza and a little bigger than a Toyota Yaris or Mazda2.

Engine Range

The only one who spends less than the i20 1.6 of 126 hp is the Mini Cooper Clubman (5.5 l/100 km).
All engines except the 1.6-liter diesel, are coupled to a manual gearshift five relationships. The 1.6 Diesel carries a six-speed gearbox (particle filter). Optionally, the petrol versions with 100 hp and 126 may have a four-speed automatic gearbox. The front suspension is McPherson strut and rear torsion bar.
i20 i-blue
It is developed based on the i20 1.4 CRDi 90 PS. The i-Blue version has some variations to achieve a low consumption (low fairings, 15 mm lower suspension, aerodynamic modifications, wheels with low rolling resistance Michelin Energy low friction and oil). Hit the market in 2010.
